We partner with a variety of reputable carriers, including AUSPOST, TNT, FEDEX, and STARTRACK to deliver your products promptly and in excellent condition. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery, we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer or if carriers face accessibility limitations.

Stay updated with the journey of your order. We provide trackable shipping with detailed tracking information sent directly to your email upon dispatch.

E. Change of Delivery Address:
To change your delivery address, please contact us within one day of order placement, before dispatch. Once an order is in transit, we're unable to redirect it. However, for any post-purchase address changes, reach out to us promptly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

F. Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Refer to our refund/exchange policy for more options.

• Inspection and Notification: We will email you upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, informing you about your refund's status.
  
• Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, credited back to your original payment method.

4. Exchange

• Exchange Period: You can exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are not permitted after 30 days.
  
• Item Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Used, washed, or scratched items are ineligible for exchange.
