1. Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues

  • Upon receipt, promptly inspect your order for defects, damage, or incorrect items.
  • This inspection excludes any damage to the external packaging itself.
  • Contact us immediately for assessment and resolution.
  • ModuFlex covers all return costs for damaged or incorrect products.

  • Encountering problems post-installation? Our warranty policy provides guidance and support.

3. Changed Your Mind?

  • Our 30-Day Return Policy has you covered.
  • Condition: Product must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Initiate Return: Contact us using the contact form, or email, or by phone.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Inspection and Notification: We will email you upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, informing you about your refund's status.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, credited back to your original payment method.

4. Exchange

  • Exchange Period: You can exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are not permitted after 30 days.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Used, washed, or scratched items are ineligible for exchange.
  • Product Variations: Exchanges allowed for different colours or styles.
  • Original Packaging: Return items in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. (Refer to the 'Shipping' section for details).
  • Inspection and Approval: We will inspect your return and notify you of the exchange's approval or rejection via email.
  • Processing Exchange: Once approved and shipping costs are paid, your exchange will be processed. The new item will be dispatched the next business day.
