Warranty Coverage
- Enjoy a comprehensive 15-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with an expected lifespan of 25 years.
- Warranty includes manufacturing defects and damages, excluding normal wear and tear or misuse.
- Coverage is exclusive to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- If a builder or developer initially purchases the flooring, the resident, up to 36 months post-purchase, is covered.
What Is Covered
- ModuFlex warranty covers all products against material defects, ensuring they meet intended performance standards. This includes protection from manufacturing defects such as cracking, peeling, or significant colour fading, effective for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase.
What Is NOT Covered
- Damage from improper use or installation, including scratches, surface marks, or stains.
- Cosmetic defects on non-visible parts that don't affect product performance.
- Issues arising from improper installation, maintenance, misuse, or accidents.
- Labor costs and any additional expenses related to repair or replacement.
Warranty Terms
- Products are guaranteed to be free from material defects when installed and maintained as per ModuFlex's instructions.
- The warranty is valid only with the original purchase receipt.
- ModuFlex will repair or replace, free of charge, any part deemed materially defective.
- • All associated costs for repair or replacement under this warranty are covered by ModuFlex.
Limitation of Damages
- ModuFlex is not liable for any consequential damages resulting from a breach of this warranty.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Immediate replacements for items with manufacturing defects or shipping damages.
- Defective items must be returned before dispatching replacements.
Repair or Replace Decision
- We may opt for repairs over replacements if feasible.
- Contact us for a thorough evaluation if repairs are deemed suitable for your damaged item.
- We reserve the right to repair items instead of replacing them, if repairs are deemed to be suitable.
Refund Option
- If replacement or repair isn't possible or suitable, we'll provide a full refund for damaged or defective items.
