SHIPPING POLICY

FIXED FEE SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA WIDE

Your shipping policy is now fixed-fee, clear and fair. The shipping cost is determined based on your order total and/or number of tiles. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below.

A. Shipping Costs
● Shipping fees are fixed based on order value and/or quantity of tiles. The fee is calculated and displayed during checkout—before you complete your purchase.
● There are no additional shipping charges asked for after your order is placed, except as noted under “Remote Locations” below.

B. Remote Locations & Special Regions
● Some remote or hard-to-reach locations (for example, certain postcodes in Western Australia, Northern Territory, rural or inaccessible areas) may have shipping costs beyond what our standard fixed fee covers.
● If your address is in one of these regions and courier costs exceed the fixed shipping fee shown at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch with an adjusted shipping cost.
● You will have the option to accept the adjusted fee and proceed with shipping, or decline, in which case we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

C. Processing & Dispatch
● Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with a cutoff time of 2pm AEST on weekdays.
● Once your shipping fee is confirmed (after checkout or adjusted for remote locations), your order is dispatched using our usual carriers.

D. Delivery Timeframes
● For metro / capital city areas: expected delivery is 3-8 business days from dispatch.
● Remote or regional locations—including those in Western Australia and Northern Territory—may take longer, depending on courier reach and access.

E. Delivery Tracking & Carrier Selection
● You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.
● We work with trusted carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT, FedEx, and other reputable carriers.

F. Change of Delivery Address:
● To change your delivery address, please contact us within one day of order placement, before dispatch. Once an order is in transit, we're unable to redirect it. However, for any post-purchase address changes, reach out to us promptly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

G. Order Cancellations:
● Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refer to our refund/exchange policy for more options.

H. Managing Transit Issues:
● We take extra care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event of transit damage, we're here to help you with a swift resolution.
