AIREDGE RAMPS USAGE
Primary Use
AirEdge Ramps are primarily used at the entry and exit points of tiled areas for smooth transitions. They are typically needed only at entryways, not along walls.
Looped Female Ramp
Based on ModuFlex’s garage flooring installation recommendations, ModuFlex recommends Looped Female Ramp edges for garage doors.
Pegged Male Ramp
Pegged Male ramps are suitable for opposite entry points (like exit doors), creating car podiums or display pads, or edging all sides of the floor.
Ramp Placement
When selecting ramps, consider the orientation of your tile laying to choose between Pegged Male and Looped Female options. (See the images below for guidance).
If tiles are laid with loops facing the garage door, select Pegged Male Ramp Edges.
To edge the left side in this layout, you'll need Pegged Male Ramp Edges.
When edging both the right and rear sides, Looped Female Ramp Edges are necessary.
If tiles are laid with pegs facing the garage door, select Looped Female Ramp Edges.

Brilliant product and customer service!! I made an enquiry on a Saturday morning via email and Matt called me that afternoon. We discussed my options on how to use his product and options on a new concrete garage floor. I provided dimensions and an email quote was provided on Saturday. The following Monday I confirmed measurements and an updated quote was provided again via email. I decided to proceed and the product was delivered as Matt advised on Thursday. One day later on Saturday I spent under 2 hours laying the tiles that made a significant and positive change to the garage look. I’m no handyman but the process was simple!
